X International Tantra Festival Mexico 2021

Before booking please review the Cancellation Policy and Festival Guidelines. 

WE HAVE NOW OPENED A FEW TICKETS WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION, AS WELL AS A FEW CANCELLED OPTIONS WITH ACCOMMODATION AND ONE LAST CAMPING SPACE. 

Registrations will close on Nov. 10th. There won't be ticket sales at the box office, please do not show up without a ticket.

TICKET WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

Price: $6,000 MXN direct bank deposit

Includes: All meals during the festival at the scheduled time, starting with Dinner on the 16th and ending with breakfast on the 20th, access to all the activities of the festival.

BOOKING DETAILS:

All the prices are in Mexican pesos and include tax and fees.

The exchange rate to USD is 1 USD = 20 MXN approx.

All the options include: 4 nights in the accommodation type and property selected, starting on Tuesday, Nov 16th, and leaving on Saturday 20th, all meals at the venue at the scheduled time, starting with Dinner on the 16th and ending with breakfast on the 20th, access to all the activities of the festival. 

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with specific information, how to get to the venue, details about how to prepare, and what to bring.  

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

We have different accommodation options at our venue and other hotels and vacation houses around the venue (no more than 6 min walking distance). Rooms cannot be changed upon arrival.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

We use Stripe as our payment provider. Often banks from the USA and Canada block the payments coming from Mexico, the message appears as "rejected" or "unknown". So what can you do if this happens?   

- Try a card from a different bank.

- Call your bank, usually they will tell you there's nothing wrong with your card, so it's important to explain to them that the charge comes from Mexico and tell them the amount, they should send you to the security department to approve the charge.

-Si eres de Mexico con INE valida agrega el codigo MEX15 durante el pago para obtener un 15% de descuento.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• You may change the name on your ticket or transfer the amount paid to next year at no cost until November 10th.
• If you cancel before October 16th you will be refunded 80% of the total amount.
• If you cancel after October 16th you will be refunded 50% of the total amount.

COVID-19 Update:

• No negative COVID-19 tests will be needed to access the festival. 
• If you are staying at a different accommodation you may need to use a mask while crossing through the reception area.
• The use of facemask and social distancing won't be required due to the type of event, however, your choice to use a facemask and take social distancing will be honored and respected.
• The festival won't be canceled, however, if we have to change the dates or postpone until next year, we will ask your support in transferring your ticket to the next event, so that we can stay afloat. If you are not able to support us in this way, you can request a refund, depending on the severity of the cancellations, refunds could take a couple of months on being processed.
