CANCELLATION POLICY

You may change the name on your ticket or transfer the amount paid to next year's festival at no cost until November 10th.

If you cancel before October 16th you will only be refunded 80% of the total amount.

If you cancel after October 16th you will only be refunded 50% of the total amount.
Please understand, the Cancellation Policy applies to everyone in any circumstances.
COVID-19 Guarantee
The festival won't be canceled, however, if we have to change the dates or postpone until next year, we will ask your support in transferring your ticket to the next event, so that we can stay afloat.
If you are not able to support us in this way, you can request a refund, depending on the severity of the cancellations, refunds could take a couple of months on being processed.
