BOOKING DETAILS

We have opened registrations for locals! Local tickets are not available on the site, please go to the link and follow the booking instructions. LOCAL TICKETS

All the prices are in Mexican pesos and include tax and fees.

The exchange rate to USD is 1 USD = 20 MXN approx.

All the options with accommodation include: 4 nights in the accommodation type selected, starting on Saturday, Nov 4th, and leaving on Wednesday, Nov 8th, all meals at the venue at the scheduled time, starting with Dinner on the 4th and ending with breakfast on the 8th, access to all the activities of the festival.

After booking you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket and links to the welcome page where you can find all the practical information, including address, how to get to the venue, what to bring, etc. 

Registrations will close on October 28th. There won't be ticket sales at the box office, please do not show up without a ticket.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

At the moment we have two room types, the Private King includes everything for two people and it's best for couples and partners. The Shared Double option, is recommended for solo travelers and friends, tickets are per bed.

At the moment our venue is getting some maintenance and remodeling, once concluded we will have other room options to offer.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We have two payment forms, with card (for international payments) and manual payments (for nationals). 

If you choose the manual payment, you will see the payment information and instructions, it's best if manual payments are made right after registering but otherwise, you have up to 48hrs to pay. 

For card payments we use Stripe. Often banks from the USA and Canada block charges coming from Mexico, the message appears as "rejected" or "unknown". So what can you do if this happens?   

1 - Try a card from a different bank.

2 - Call your bank, it's important to explain to them that the charge comes from Mexico and tell them the amount, they should send you to the security department to approve the charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You may change the name on your ticket or transfer the amount paid to next year at no cost until October 4th.
• If you cancel BEFORE October 4th you will be refunded 75% of the amount paid
• If you cancel BEFORE October 28th you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid
• If you cancel AFTER October 28th your ticket will NOT be refundable
• Refunds are reflected on your statement until 45 days after we confirm your cancellation request.

COVID-19 

• No negative COVID-19 tests or vaccines will be needed to access the festival or the country. 
• The use of a facemask and social distancing will not be required due to the type of event, however, your choice to use a facemask and take social distancing will be honored and respected.
