Tantra Festival Mexico - International 2022

BOOKING DETAILS:

All the prices are in Mexican pesos and include tax and fees.

The exchange rate to USD is 1 USD = 20 MXN approx.

All the options include: 4 nights in the accommodation type and property selected, starting on Saturday, Nov 4th, and leaving on Wednesday, Nov 8th, all meals at the venue at the scheduled time, starting with Dinner on the 4th and ending with breakfast on the 8th, access to all the activities of the festival.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with specific information, how to get to the venue, details about how to prepare, and what to bring. Please make sure to store it, bookmark it, or download it.

Registrations will close on October 28th. There won't be ticket sales at the box office, please do not show up without a ticket.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We have two payment forms, with card (for international payments) and manual payments (for nationals).

If you choose the manual payment, you will see the payment information and instructions, it's best if manual payments are made right after registering but otherwise, you have up to 48hrs to pay.

For card payments we use Stripe. Often banks from the USA and Canada block charges coming from Mexico, the message appears as "rejected" or "unknown". So what can you do if this happens?

- Try a card from a different bank.

- Call your bank, usually they will tell you there's nothing wrong with your card, so it's important to explain to them that the charge comes from Mexico and tell them the amount, they should send you to the security department to approve the charge.

MEXICANS:

Si eres de Mexico con INE vigente agrega el codigo MEX15 durante el pago para obtener un 15% de descuento.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• You may change the name on your ticket or transfer the amount paid to next year at no cost until October 4th.
• If you cancel BEFORE October 4th you will be refunded 75% of the amount paid.
• If you cancel BEFORE October 28th you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
• If you cancel AFTER October 28th your ticket will NOT be refundable.

COVID-19:

• No negative COVID-19 tests will be needed to access the festival.
• The use of facemask and social distancing won't be required due to the type of event, however, your choice to use a facemask and take social distancing will be honored and respected.
• The festival won't be canceled, however, if we have to change the dates or postpone, we will ask your support in transferring your ticket to the next event so that we can stay afloat. If you are not able to support us in this way, you can request a refund, depending on the severity of the cancellations, refunds could take a couple of months on being processed.

10% of the festival income will be donated to 2 or 3 different local causes, one of them working to support the education of Mayan kids, another one supporting the animals, and a possible third one supporting ecology in the region.
